Technically I am cheating by using this video because it is longer than 60 seconds; however, I find it both educational and necessary.
Imagine a world where everyone skipped instead of walked (preferably with boom boxes on their shoulders). I believe that this would result in a happier, skinnier world. Skipping is said to make you happy. It is carefree and youthful and, let’s face it, it’s pure fun. It is the perfect medicine to this stressful and angry world we live in. Think about how much happier your Monday’s would start if you skipped to class. I’m pretty sure it is impossible to skip and be angry. Furthermore, America is facing an obesity epidemic. This is partially a result of the laziness that plagues America; however, skipping could be the cure! Skipping has been proven to be a more strenuous activity than walking and because it’s fun people will want to do it. I have heard people complain about going to the gym but I have never heard of someone complaining about skipping. Let’s make the world happy and skinny one skip at a time!
